Dr. Randy L. Hertneky
Randy Hertneky, O.D. is a lifelong resident of Eastern Colorado, spending his early years in Burlington, Colorado. Dr. Hertneky graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology in 1977. He graduated from Southern California College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1981. Dr. Hertneky has been serving Yuma County since 1982. His goal is to provide the widest range of eye and vision services locally for Yuma County residents. He sees Medicare, Medicaid and private pay patients. He accepts most vision care plans.
In addition to providing general eye care, Dr. Hertneky manages or co-manages all ocular pathology, such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, eye infections, eye injuries, eyelid problems, and dry eyes. Dr. Hertneky participates with many laser vision correction centers so that preoperative and postoperative care can be done locally.

Dr. Jessica Vanek
Dr. Vanek graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, and she received her Doctorate in Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She completed a pediatric rotation at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, and a private practice rotation at Halpern Eye Associates in Dover, DE.
Dr. Vanek started her optometric career in a private practice in Seaford, DE, with an emphasis on primary care, contact lenses and ocular disease. Dr. Vanek provides comprehensive eye exams which includes evaluating patients for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye and diabetic related eye complications along with managing or co-managing these different ocular pathologies.
Her professional memberships include the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association and the Delaware Optometric Association.

Dr. Warren Tripp
Dr. Tripp is a graduate of the Loma Linda University Medical School. He studied under the FDA approved course with Dr. Jeff Machat, one of the most experienced LASIK surgeons in North America. He provides surgical services locally such as: cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, and yag laser procedures. He is also available for medical eye consultation on even months in the Yuma and Wray offices. Dr. Tripp has been serving Yuma County since November 2001 and has been providing medical eye care to Eastern Colorado since 1983.
